Our Parent & Child Intro to Firearms Class provides a basic introduction to firearms class that covers the fundamentals of firearm safety taught by certified instructors. This course provides instruction in safe firearms handling, operation, and shooting fundamentals. The student receives simulated target practice followed by live fire rifle exercises in our private training range. This class is a great precursor for the MN DNR Hunter Safety Class and teaches your child basic firearm safety and marksmanship skills. Cost is $69.95 for one Parent/Child additional children are $29.95 each. Class length is approximately 90 minutes. Minimum age is 11 years or older and requires a parent present. Eye and ear protection is required and may be purchased when checking in prior to class. Ammunition is additional at nominal fee. Do Not bring ammunition or firearms to this class. All sales final- no refunds, all classes have a $25 rescheduling fee and must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled class. No shows forfeit class and will not be rescheduled. Must take class within 6 months of purchase.
